My current philosophy is there are some who involve themselves in inflicting
apparent harm and suffering onto other people. These "some" are radically
purposeful and very obvious, others and an even larger group, shrouds their agenda in "higher purpose", but whose long term effect is also creating an unknown future hardship maybe even more profound and that most of us cannot foresee...
Has anyone ever considered
the thought that it is apathy that allows the most destruction? Ommission is
permission.
Omission is ignorance.
We are all infected with it.
What to do? What not to do?
By not choosing, you have already taken sides with the aggressor or the force
that is inflicting harm.
We are the Aggressor. We are the Aggressed.
Because Omission of your disapproval is the same as
giving consent.

If I don't know I love Something
that I'm unaware of
it doesn't mean that I hate It.
Now I realize this entire writing may label me as part of the low end of the
enlightened ones...everything has it purpose, including my own inperfection.
Do you know what it is?
I for one, cannot stand and watch someone I love suffering...

Let us gain some perspective. God is love, compassion, caring, and to feel less than those emotions for others is to be out of touch with the reality of God. Nor can I stand by and watch another suffering without trying to do something to help. To shrug your shoulders and say it is the will of God and not try to help another who is suffering is to be unenlightened. Check out the examples of the enlightened ones; Jesus who healed the sick, Ghandi who gave to the poor, and so many others. These are examples of how we are to regard others; with compassion and caring. If to be enlightened is to be void of love, caring and compassion, then I doubt that those who profess this have any experience with Light, because Light is Love beyond description, and compassion that is overwhelming. This is the true nature of God and your true nature. Do not believe and confuse all you read in books. Whether it is a person's karma that has designated that person to suffer or not, is NOT OUR BUSINESS. But to reach out with love and compassion to the Spirit in every person is our business, because that Spirit in every person is GOD.

Blessings and Love! Carol
