Subject: [K-list] Initiation .. words and their meanings
From: Christopher Wynter

On 2001/01/16 17:08, Christopher Wynter posted thus to the K-list:

From the work that I have done on the effect of the vibration of words
and the unconscious and kinaesthetic reactions from the body to
specific sounds ...

what is not commonly understood is that the mind can, in this lifetime
have an understanding of the present day meaning of the word ..

and initiation is a case in point here ..

but the body can have imprinted in the cells a totally different emotional
vibration associated with it.

It is fine to argue about the meanings of words .. but, I am very careful
when I use words .. and define them .. to go back to the origins and
first uses of the word in the English language ..

and then to follow the pattern of evolution of the word
 throughout various subcultures.

I have carried out a number of scientific experiments where I have been
able to measure and correlate the body response to many words used
in the context of spirituality and religion.

What the mind understands as the meaning is usually the opposite to
the meaning stored in the unconscious cellular memory.

This is where I derived the answer to Magda ...

and for a person for whom the English language is not the genetic tongue,
a different set of parameters applies ..

the learned dictionary definition is valid (until there is an inner
translation into the genetic tongue .. and then the genetic
association applies according to imprinted meaning to the
 mother tongue phonetics)

For someone who has a genetic memory of events surrounding what was
termed "initiation" in the past, the reaction from the body to the word is very
different.

One of the difficulties people have with the spiritual path and the translation
of Eastern Spirituality into Western Spiritual terms and words ..

is that the body holds an imprint of the religious meaning of the words ..
and their origins .. and although the mind may know what is being
spoken about, the physical body may have a totally different reaction.

For example ...

Father

 biological father
 father god
 father priest.

The kinaesthetic reaction to the word father, no matter in what context
the word father is used, will trigger the dominant experiential associated
memory and emotional response.

eg. if you had an abusive relationship with a biological father,
the body will not accept the concept of a father god until the
meaning of father is redefined to the body, and the issues of
 abuse are cleared.

the same applies for other layers of this particular onion.

To complicate matters further, different traditions have a different
energetic imprint associated with particular word ..

for example ..
someone who has never heard of the word
"soul" will have a different understanding of the meaning .. and thus
a totally different kinaesthetic reaction to the word compared with
someone who lives in the Roman Catholic religion ..
which will be different again from someone in the Anglican
 and so it goes on.

In measuring the responses to various keywords, I used
 magnetic resonance imaging
 EKG (brainwave response)
 ECG (heart response)
 Kirlian Photography (photographic aura response)
 the polygraph
and several other techniques which are not as commonly available

Making spirituality real in the body
 or self realisation ..

means changing the imprints of the words in the cells
which also changes the energetic emanation in the auric sheath.

Thus, I was very careful to define what I meant as "initiation" for the
benefit of
those who have unconscious emotional memories and imprints .. whether
from this life time or from past lives or from a genetic imprint in the body

Hope this clears up the understanding ..
