a good question ..
  from the past way of doing things ..

But I do not see it this way .. nor is this my intent.

As I see it, to look at this as an initiation (from the definition)
is for the one conducting the initiation to take power and
"responsibility" from the one being "initiated"

or for the initiate to hand over some of their own integrity
  in the pursuit of some outcome which they seek.

I will never deny the integrity of any individual
  to their own path

  nor will I assume or allow myself to be
  placed in a position where someone
  places me on a pedestal .. or hands
  me responsibility for their own process.

Religion and spirituality has been full of this in the past.

What I am offering is an opportunity for understanding
which goes beyond learning .. and those who chose
may then, with their own remembering awakened
ALLOW the process to take place within themselves.

Thus, the inner "guru" or "healer" within the individual
moves through the veils into consciousness ..

and no one .. no priest, healer or teacher
  stands between the individual and the self.

This is then a contract between the individual personality
  and the Individual expression of the "Self"

Thus .. it is not, according to the definition
  an initiation
