Hello Group,

I usually don't talk much bc I am very new to this subject. But I had an
experience that I don't really understand. A few weeks ago I was laying
down trying to go to sleep when all of a sudden a brilliant flash of white
light entered my mental screen...My whole mental screen was white. It was
like having lightning in my btain. Afterwards I got up sorta stunned and
realized it hurt my eyes kinda. I felt charged through out my whole body and
in my eyes.

I also from time to time a lot actually...see tine sparks of white light on
my mental screen. Sometimes I see it outside my mind like in the air. Does
anyone know what these two experiences are? Thanks all input appreciated.
