Two nights ago I was warm and relaxed and in the 'not quite awake/not quite
asleep stage' I think its called Lucid sleep.

Well I though to myself that I would let go of the anger in my heart when a
large yellow, upside down tear drop, shot out of my stomuch area quickly
moved up my front, and showered down on me, envelopng me with yellow light.
I felt very happy and amaized and all I could see for ages after that was
this Yellow light.

I got up soon after still seeing this yellow light.
