It sounds to me that you are having emotional Kriyas.

[i am searching/seeking/confused/loving/struggling...i want to
know/understand what may be possible...i "know" that the moment i just
wrote to you about is "god's" doing...is "k" another way of saying "in
touch with the truth of our existence"?...does/can it happen to some/all
of us?...my moments have been relatively few and far between but
extremely intense...]

I think it does happen to all of us sooner or later :)) It is, after all,
the energy of the Universe. Some of us become more open to
feeling/experiencing it, that's all.

[again, as i write to you, my body is experiencing unsual shaking/crying
and my mouth has tightened almost closed...tingling in hands/arms...]

You might try to put your tongue to the roof of your mouth to circulate the
energies somewhat. Other than that, just try to relax as best you can, and
set your focus on something beautiful--a flower for instance?? some music??

[i want to understand...i want to realize my full spritual potential...i
seek...]

We are all, already awakened. there is nothing, really to seek.
