Dear K-List folks, I'm one of your peripheral participants who has very
little time to keep up with ALL the ongoing and interesting discussions on
this list, but keeps up her membership because periodically I you offer
info that applies to and is helpful to further understanding my personal
experience of K. So please forgive me if this has already been addressed -
I'm not able to go back and see...

I just need feedback about something that has been happening to me over the
last couple of years, but seems to be getting "worse" and more frequent.
My experience of the K energy has mostly been from the top down. I feel
tremendous energy from the crown chakra down around my head. My difficulty
is that I wind up in tremendous "fugue" states, where I feel like my head
is just filled with cotton, and I have a VERY difficult time feeling
connected, energized or attuned. It has become a real challenge to
function intellectually. I know about grounding exercises, etc., and
usually getting REALLY physically active will help me feel better. My
question is - do you think this is really k-related, or could it be
hormonal (I'm 46 and going through peri-menopause). Usually, when I'm
feeling this foggy, I also feel the body vibrating more (I get the
vibrations, head shakes and electrical shocks all over the place!).

I guess I'm finally putting this question to the group because I've heard
of folks who have the K so strongly that they have to retire from their
jobs. Have any of you had symptoms similar to mine that made it difficult
to work? I have to be focused in my job, and this is becoming increasingly
difficult.
