I am Species Specific.
I have come from the Earth,
am of the Earth
and one day I will return to its soil.
But I do not belong here.
I cannot be owned.
There is no soul ..
only contact with like Consciousness.
Man seeks intelligent life in the Universe.
Sweeping the Universe for any sign of Intelligence.
There is none.
There is only Consciousness.
Consciousness of the Universe itself -
all that is and all that is not.
The Universe is teeming with Consciousness.
Life, Anti-matter, Energy, Light
are all Consciousness.
2001 approaches.
The mythical year, for me .. the reminder of contact with
an alien race as represented by a silent Monolith in the movie
2001: A Space Odyssey.
The monolith had consciousness.
Aliens only exist in the fragmented memories of times and lives
spent in other forms of consciousness on other planets.
There was a time when the consciousness of what we know
as Man was alien to Mother Earth.
The monolith radiated life and whatever species it contacted -
changed irrevocably.
In the movie 2001, Man's consciousness was never the same.
Its parallel is in the story of man's own evolution on the planet.
A paradigm of change, refinement, the consciousness of the
species continually evolving.
Consciousness trying to remember itself
as consciousness
A consciousness denied since the inception of mind and thought ..
a price to pay.
I look at every leaf, every tree, the hills, the sky.
I see the light they are.
I am part of this universal consciousness.
Species specific to Mother Earth.
In 5 billion years Mother Earth will be engulfed by the Sun.
Mother's time clock is ticking ..
procreation and survival of the species is predominant.
Earth and its children will one day return to the consciousness
from whence they came ..
the experiment will be over.
Life, the river of consciousness, takes its own course.
But then it will be time to go home.
Now I understand why when I look at the stars I want to go home.
It will be a painless odyssey to be no longer contained
by a form that ages and decays.
Then all the Earth's children will go home.
I am Species Specific.
The experiment was open ended ..
Consciousness just allowed.
And now I remember ..
Species Specific
but part of a Universal whole.
Light from Light.
Consciousness from Consciousness
One life ..
many many memories.
As above .. so below ..
in the memories contained in every cell of my body
The God of my religion was taught to me by my parents
who fear this remembering.
