Yes, everything is ok. :-)

Asking is ok.... as long as you know that the help you require is already
available to you... in your own heart.

Life is a game and the main rule is free will.
Guilt is part of the game that you played according to your free will.
You have played that game for a long time now, so you may want to try other
games that are fun too. Just be yourself, do whatever you want and
understand that there is no need to feel guilty about it. This way, the game
is actually even more fun.

A few months back, we've had on this list a quite unexpected burst of
emotion that manisfested on our screens in big capital letters: "FUCK YOU".
The author of those now illustrious words is a well known, loved, respected
and fully awakened member of this list. He felt better for saying them, and
everybody was happy about it. I don't recall that he ever felt guilty for
allowing himself to express his feelings. There was no need to.

So, now, let's play the game of being ourselves, do whatever we truly wish
to do and let's feel good about it.
