Dear List,

 My energy has been incredibly strong lately--Last night I woke up
continually infused with it. Ecstatic, but rather exhausting. Heat.
Catelepsy. Energy partly acting in the belly. Odd.

Oh My God has become a mantra of sorts! LOL! (Well, it does include the
sound OM :) )

It's interesting that I've been waking recently with my breath being long and
deep rather than short as in the past.
