Short question, long answer... that is me.

I see Kundalini as a process of 'self' regeneration, reclamation or
reintegration. Notice that I emphasize 'self', and I mean 'self' here as
self/SELF, small i/big I.
Notice also that I do not glamourize this with God and Goddess talk,
Chi, shakti, serpent and snake talk. All that comes up in the process,
it is important but it is part of one's cultural, religious and
spiritual luggage. It will disappear at the end of the process.
I will term K as follows though:
*The recovery of our divine/humanity - human/divinity*

Kundalini's process of 'self' reintegration can be compaired to a 'self
cleaning oven' after it finds out that it is getting caked up, blackened
and smudged. If it interferes with its self -cleaning program, the
process will not come to completion.
Similarly, our self cleaning (Kundalini) is a lot of work that happens
by itself and completes itself, when one does not interfere with it.
It is like going crazy and allowing it to happen, lettting the chips
fall where they may. When one does that, the process will bring up
a lot of pain... but not suffering
a lot of joy... but not desire
a lot of work... but not toil
a lot of erotics... but not greedy and needy sex
a lot of things not being just right... but no complaning
Same as with a mother giving birth, when she lets the process happen
naturally there usually is no pain, when she or the medical/cultural
prescribed actions go against it then there will be pain which will then
turn into suffering, neediness, manipulation.
The natural process is to 'allow' the process and to 'trust' the
process... ergo no or at least less pain but... no suffering.
Notice the difference that I make between the two words. Pain is
bearable, suffering is when one thinks one should not have to bear it.
Pain is physical, suffering is the mental entourage around it, the games
we habitually play, have been conditioned to play with pain in order to
not have it. Pain is what you *have* at the moment, no amount of
cajoling will make it diappear. In fact when one accepts pain it will
dissappear sooner, as our natural endorphins kick in.
During my reintegration, I did all that (no interference) and the whole
process finished in 960 days. That is the time it takes, just like
pregnancy takes a 9 months, or the setting of bones after a break takes
an certain amount of time or the healing of a skin scratch takes from 3
to 5 days depending on age. There are set times for healing. The same
for mental healing. Kundalini is mental healing... it is however a
physical process that gets rid of mental interference. This mental
interference goes by the name of 'illusion' it is mental, not
physical... .

When we mentally interfere the process takes longer. Just consider the
days of interference as wasted days, gone "back to sleep". The process
eventually will come to a conclusion with everyone. Most people call
this process awakening... waking up. When awake, Kundalini is over, one
is whole. There are writings that say that it can take shorter... not
so. But let us not go there.

What is life after K...?
Continuous unconditional happiness, living in reality whenever,
wherever, knowing nothing and everything.
(Also called Sat Chit Ananda)

Imagine:
no ups and downs anymore,
no worry about being accepted or not,
no attempts anymore to be loved or not
no doubt about anything anymore,
no questions, no questioning.
no nothing?

Life? Easy, no sweat.

Then something neat happens... the body gets all sweet, a liquid starts
coming down from the center of one's head: nectar, ambrosia, amrita...
The drink of immortality. It is real stuff...

Death, after-life, many lives ???
All concern gone...
Go for it, you deserve it, it is your birth right.

Anybody is allowed in...

Love,
Wim
