Hello Lady Scorpiana,

I had this experience of listening from the inside, voice echoing (my own)
as if I was listening myself from the outside.

A few seconds letter, I couldn't not speak coherently. Neither write. It was
like if a blood clot in my brain was preventing the normal ways to
function.

It lasted about one hour and was embarassing since I was in a restaurant...
;-))).

The sounds I uttered were vague approximation of what I meant. So strange. I
have seen the same with people having a brain tumor.

For instance, instead of 'mumble', you say 'shrumble'.

Now, that was for an hour only ;-))))))))))))

I have had the same as you have, thinking to a long lost person and having
him/her on the phone a few days later.

As I said in previous post, I am working on Kundalini raising since november
98, and with some results, since the energy is boiling everyday. However I
never had the big rush, or only in half sleep, and for a few minutes only.
So I am not awakened. My work, 'my own way', is based on breathing
techniques. I now experiment Tummo, with new results again.

The good question I asked myself is 'Why to do that, and what will I do when
I attain it ?'. I answered all these questions for myself.

One of the tenets of my search is 'universe goes its own slow pace, I wont
rebuild the world, but I will help make it better, taking my time (big trees
grow slowly)'.
