Subject: [K-list] computer virus in the K.-Gateway community

my system was just contaminated by a virus called W95/MFXgenATnospamM i got it
an email attachment sent by "ashok sharma" <agrostarATnospamnetkracker.com> ... he
had already sent me two legitimate emails, so i do not believe that he was
aware of the virus, or had any malicious intent...

it infected 70 files on my harddrive that needed to be cleaned one at a
time... luckily, it looks like i'm all clean now thanks to keeping my McAfee
virus scan updated...

be careful about opening any attachments sent from this person... the
subject was merely "attachment.JPG"... i was careless about opening it
because i recognized his name from prior emails...
