I have learned the significance of paying attention to my dreams. Sometimes
awakening to the reality of them may have a message of its own(for that
particular dream). For the purpose of dreaming through the entire dream I
consciously submit myself to myself before sleeping ... trust... after
several such experiences it has become the normal experience to do so.
