Chris .. I do understand what you are saying ..

you can choose whether to follow this suggestion or not ...
as it may go against everything that you have ever been taught ..

see below ...

Can you forget everything that you have been taught ..
and put aside all comparison ...
and leave your practices ...

Stop doing this .. for three days .. place your hands in the prayer position
just below your breast bone .. focus your breath between the palms of your
hands .. and silently repeat to your self ..

"I accept my Self .. just the way I am .. and the way I am becoming"
allow yourself to sink these words into the natural breath which will come

Repetition .. 3 times a day for about 10 minutes .. no longer .. first thing
on arising .. and last thing before bed .. once in between .. sitting
in any comfortable position.

At the end of this sit for a further 10 minutes in absolute silence, focusing
on the natural breath .. allow your body to breathe you .. and hold your
feet ..
left hand on right foot, right hand on left foot .. cross the legs ...

at the end of this .. forget everything that has happened and move your body
freely ...

>K was awakened 3 years ago by Guruji ( Dr Joel deceased now)

OK

There is no external being to whom you can pray .. there is only your self
as an expression of a greater Self .. you should consider moving beyond
any authority or guru ..

>To whom can I pray?

The Mind should pray to the Self
as an expression of Bhakti ..

It is time for you to move beyond Jnani
 into Self Worship

>Who is it that I pray to?

Self

>Who is it who prays?

Mind

>I do
>Who am I?

The answer to this is

 English ....... I - AM
 Sanskrit ...... So - Ham
 Hebrew ...... YH - WH

The sound in the silence
of the in-breath and the out-breath

The eternal flow of the Tao ...

the mind in union with the body and the spirit ..
Self aware of self
Consciousness aware of itself as consciousness

>These are the thoughts in meditation as yet unanswered by experience beyond
>words.
> Chris H

Your answer will come in the silence ..
 not from thought ..

I am Life ... in its expression .. there is no other

Your choice ..
and if you choose to follow this with no expectation
keep in touch ...

Wlm will see what I am suggesting here ...
and may have comments also ..

But .. looking for understanding at the moment
may well pull you back from the experience ..

allow what will unfold .. if you can ..

and no-one will judge success or failure ..

whatever experience is appropriate for you
in the moment .. and will give way
 to the next moment ..

and walk .. gently .. and drink plenty of water ..
perhaps with a little orange juice in it .. sipped
in small quantities through the day ...
