Hi,

Been going through some really huge health swings. One day pain is so bad I
can't get out of bed - the next I am full of energy - no pain. I have been
directing any energy I have inward. Lots of studying - like I want to read
all I can and experience all I can. I am spending this coming weekend, with
a group of people I really admire and love, at a heart and soul opening
workshop called "Surrender" how appropriate - huh.

The following weekend I am attending an Integrated Awareness workshop "The
Source". It's fascinating work and what's really weird is I understand what
the man is saying when he talks - for this particular workshop - I am in
awe.

The weekend after that I am attending my second workshop with Byron Brown
and "Soul without Shame". I attended a workshop with him 2 months ago at
Esalen Institute - what an amazing place and experience that was.

So I am really excited about all of that. Having a wonderful Thanksgiving
ceremony and dinner at my house with about 20-25 people and children.

Synchronicity: Since I became ill and went on disability (this from working
in the stock market managing private partnerships and making really good
money) I have never had to worry about money. Every time I was getting
close to going under - something wonderful would happen and I would get
money that I didn't expect in amounts that were pretty amazing. When I
couldn't think - the people who could came in and supported me. This just
happened again - this very day...

Synchronicity: I found an acupuncturist that is magic. I lay on the table
and journey to some pretty interesting places while I am there. The feeling
of "oneness" brings me to tears. I met this person and knew I would do some
credible healing while working with him. I have outlined the problems and
we talk about everything (this has not been my experience with the world of
Western medicine and I do know it intimately) we are doing to make me well.
I have no doubt about my ability to heal.

I want to thank you all for being a place where I can come to talk - to -
listen - to share - to learn - to explore. There are no limits as far as I
can see. Thank you for affirming this beautiful journey I am on.
