Hello Listonians,

Thank you so much for your kindness and support! All your responses,
both onlist and off, are very much appreciated. I haven't yet had a
chance to respond to all the people who wrote off list. This is also
the last general posting I'm going to put on the various k lists so
thanks for your patience too.

All your good thoughts have helped as I am not getting the big influx of
k anymore. Still not sleeping, but hey, not seeing little black bugs
zooming around the room either. Definitely taking your advice to get
grounded - going to go hug some trees. I'm taking off for the country
over the holiday to kick the evil weed, clean up and reacess.

The depth and breadth of your responses were so gratifying. Made me
realize that I never expect much, never ask for much, so maybe that is
why I haven't been getting much. (Yet spiritually it is a whole 'nother
story. Go figure.) This has been a great first step. Thank you!

Some suggestions included cutting down on meditation and yoga which may
cut down the k blast. I did this months ago, still get blasted and
really miss the yoga. This may be overly simplistic but isn't the point
of the whole thing to get k blasted? But then again what am I saying -
I'm the k blasted one who can't quite cope and, as was mentioned, our
society doesn't quite condone going off to an ashram to deal with it.

More questions:
- Has anyone had dealings with Yogi Bijans 3HO org? Love the yoga
classes but have a problem with gurus.
- Would also appreciate any book suggestions on Zen and Tibetan
Buddhism and what translations to get of ancient texts such as "The
Upanishads."
- Does k intensify with the full moon?

To my fellow "newbies" these are some things that helped me:
- Bonnie Greenwell's book "Energies of Transformation" is a must, she
also has a web site. Also good to show loved ones who want to
understand what you are going through (or to prove you are not nuts).
- All the amazing web sites: Spiritual Emergence Network,
http://members.aol.com/ckress/st.html, spiritweb, parabola.org etc...
Go to Google or Yahoo and surf.
- Swami Sivanada's books are down to earth, brief and jam packed with
useful info. They are at bookstores but can be downloaded free at
http://www.SivanandaDlshq.org/home.html
- I'm open to just about anything but when I want to temper the
fascination I'll check out http://www.rickross.com/ and
http://skepdic.com

I'm fried - lack of sleep, not the other stuff. So thank you for your
support. Have a great Thanksgiving.

Peace and love,
Jennifer
