Hi All,

I remember someone on the list making a recommendation of putting a box
of rocks under the bed to ground (I think) certain conditions of having
too much energy. I'm wondering if anyone knows what the effect would be
of putting a box of steel spikes under the bed. Is there a specific or
known effect on the energy field, body, etc.? Or a known specific
reason to do this?

The image is from a dream I had last night. At the time it was very
clear and lucid, although I don't remember it well now. Someone (a man)
was doing some sort of energy-based body work on me, and at one point I
was lying on a massage table. He put a box (square, about 9 inches in
width, 3" high on the sides, open on the top) filled with 20 - 30 new,
unused, large steel nails under the table. It was specifically to clear
or realign some energy congestion, I think. And it mattered that the
steel was in pieces rather than one solid block, but that the pieces
also weren't very small.

Any ideas?
