Dear Kristi Marie,

Many aspects of your story are very recognizable to those on the K list! :))
  For instance, I frequently experience what I call "brain explosions". If
you relax and try not to fight many of the sensations, you may find that they
can be interpreted as pleasurable instead of frightening. Fighting K energy
is almost always counter productive, although I realize surrendering to it is
often easier said than done. :))
