About a week and a half ago I had what folks on the net has said was a
kundalini awakening.
I was in bed about to go to sleep when a moderate shock hit my tail
bone and moved up my spine to the top of my head. The shock as I call it
was strong enough that I had trouble not jumping up. It seemed to last a
long time but it was probably not too long of an incident.
If this was truely a kundalini awakening, where do I go from here. Or
what should I expect?
I would sure like some positive imput, PLEASE.
