I am finding these dicussions very interesting.

If the mind is not interfering with the body in any way, projecting its
thoughts, attitudes, ideas, beliefs, etc. onto it, consciously or
unconsciously, then it seems like the body will function in its most optimum,
natural state. Is this enlightenment?
