Hello all,

This Quaking/Quivering/Viberating has been with me for a few years now.
I call it Buzzing. Mostly I wake up with it ...sometimes mild, sometimes
like a running motor in my spine. Occasionally it acts up in the day
too. I feel real nice when its on, sometimes trancing out by focussing
on it. I come to refreshed and bright-eyed. I've been told its Prana
clearing out the knots. Clean on!
