Mandy, I think the suggestion you were being protected from going further at
that time makes good sense. It's pretty hard once you have experienced that
ecstasy to be patient, but just try to realize everything happens all in good
time. You don't sound deranged to me! Welcome!

Wendy, you are not alone here in that many on the K-list have experienced
abuse. It seems to be a fairly common "trigger" to experiencing Kundalini
later on. See

I agree with Lobster "Give yourself time - you do not have to save the world.
Start with yourself." Good advice for all of us given the present US
election! :))

And thanks Colette, Lydia and Jerry for your Tree stories! I'll add them to
