I am curious...what does your own heart/intuition tell you what to do?
Personally, imho, mind control is a trap.
There are those who believe that indulgence in the bodily pleasures
is
just a valid path to realization as those that don't.
I prefer the middle path. I listen a lot, take to heart what serves
me, and release the rest.

PS. Jesus, if you want to term him "a great" talked about the need to
be filled with the Holy Spirit, the Great Comforter, all the time.
(The Holy Spirit is also a reference to Kundalini Shakti).
