1- during my s. emergency I would find that the subtle energy that i'd
never-before-even-new-existed would build up in the rooms where i was
sleeping and would effect my experience.ie. the initial room i slept in
became like a gas to my fire and i couldn't sleep in it after a while.

Questions:
* What's "s. emergency"?
* Do you know if this "subtle energy" is your own for sure? I've heard
about instances a few years ago from an acquaintence about a person having
to deal with a similar phenomenon, except is was from a deceased person.
Sounded like the individual was trying to get a message across or simply
just getting attention. If it's not your own, there are many ways of
getting rid of it, e.g. using white light in the room (or asking individual
to go into the light, if deceased). . . or the use of the violet flame. . .
I will tell you, though, that while I've never to my knowledge left behind
energy like that (and no one I know personally would even know anyways), I
have had so much at times that I couldn't sleep, and the only thing I could
do is stay up later than usual. Happens most often on a Saturday night
going into Sunday morning.
Next item:

2- even two years (!!) after the energy was manifested/high I can still feel
its presence on the clothes that I wore or even just bought at that time!
This energy is real and it is strong and it vibrates in things for a long
time... Didn't someone else make the reference to the energy that Jesus had
clung to his garments to the extent that people would just touch it and be
made well... anyhow it seems to be the same power but i'm not feeling healed
by touching my jeans from my spiritual emergency!!!!!! just the presence of
the same vibe i gave off during it.

Maybe the second coming has happened sooner than we thought. [lol]
Seriously, only if one believes (s)he can be healed that way, will merely
touching someone's clothing do the work. I never heard of someone do
self-healing this way, however, but maybe someone else out there may benefit
from this, should they cross your path.
You know, back in the day, a lot of the common folk (maybe it's not just
them) would hold onto the relics of saints for the same reason and effect:
the saints do a certain type of healing or give a certain type of help,
therefore the objects representing them will have the same kind of power.

3- to reduce the effect of other's vibrations on the top of my physical head
I wore a hat when ever i was out and even to bed sometimes- this really
seemed to work to reduce the intensitiy of vibes i was feeling...

Even better, use white light protection and don't worry about the hat. Or,
just think positive, create your own type of shield. It's strange to me
that clothes can actually shield you that way. If you don't like wearing a
hat, it should help.

P.S. I am still having trouble with unclean energies in my consciousness and
this is causing car accidents, etc. I am very much griefed by these things
and have tried the clearing-removal process but was not successful. If
anyone has any help i would be sooooooooo
