Dear JB,

I have never had much spine activity either. The energy I feel seems to
bypass the spine, simply jumping from perineum to brain (sounds sort of like
yours.) I do feel "zaps" up the spine almost daily, but the other energy
during the night is much more metaphysically powerful. We used to have
discussions on the list about K vs Prana. :)) I wonder how people feel about
this today?? I suspect that we all feel Kundalini somewhat differently, but
that a combination of metaphysics, sexual churning, and energy *is*
Kundalini, with or without the spinal channel becoming involved.
