It's interesting that you mention the breath, yoga and sexual energy. I have
spent half of this year doing a minimum of one and a half hours per day of
breath work in the form of chanting. As well as working in a group setting I
also found working with a set liturgy and a taped congregation very helpful.
Chanting is good because it works on the level of sound as well as the
benefits of breath control. The system I used was Tantric Buddhist but
similar systems exist in a variety of traditions.
Having practiced Hatha, Oki and Chinese yoga I know that it is of vast
benefit in balancing some of the fiercer excesses of body energy. There are
some wonderful sequences that can be followed on video. :-)
The Tantric system I was following sublimates rather than expresses sexual
energy. Of course it is still there in a different form. I find the sexual
energy has a strong emotional component and suitable outlets for this are
important. Much ill health can be traced to the suppression, misuse or abuse
of emotional energies.

It seems you have a strong idea of where you are and what you need to do.
Having recently recovered from an incapacitating illness (through diet - and
every other tool
at my disposal) I can once again take my health for granted. :-) Getting
your health on all levels is as you say a priority: "physician heal
thyself".
