Hi Wendy, 
That's interesting. Different foods have different effects at different 
times. 
A healty, regular and substantial diet is also very earthing. 
I always feel better after a nature walk - for most of us this is a 
wonderful way 
to see the chaotic (and beautiful) nature of things and to ease our turmoil. 
It is calming. It is wonderful. 
I am familiar with Kwan (Kuan) Yin as Chenresig/Tara 
(that is her Tibetan incarnation), originally in Hinduism she (he) was 
Avalokiteshvara. 
My feeling about your energy is that it is very ethereal - in the higher 
centres 
without the balance of the lower. (that is not a criticism - just an 
observation). I wonder if you understand that and know how to 
utilise your energies to center and stabilise some of this energy further? 
Your suggestions would be most welcome as I am sure many people 
myself included are always looking for ways to 'placate' the effects of 
kundalini.
