K. food and other advice?
 
Coffee, one double espresso a day with whipped cream (lots) and pure 
Demerara sugar: a liquid bonbon. 
Good strong black English tea once a day with whole milk and brown candy 
sugar, just as good or... better if your are British. 
Dark chocolate, especially chocolate coated ginger, or fruit dipped in 
homemade chocolate syrup (orange, nectarine, pineapple, strawberry). 
Homemade hot chocolate made from real Dutch cocoa, whole milk and honey or 
dark brown sugar. Used to be served in hospitals (also mental) of yore. 
Scrambled eggs from real farm eggs with orange yolks. 
Whole grain cereals and grains (grind yourself in a Vita Mix) (See the 
calcium/magnesium remark a little lower), with raisins, whole milk and brown 
sugar. 
If you have sugar, dairy, fat, or protein digestion problems get full 
spectrum digestive enzymes rather than not having the whole milk, cream and 
complex carbohydrates. (Take twice the dose than what the package says for 
about a year and you will be fine, it also helps cleaning the gut, veins and 
arteries.) 
Fruit in the morning, prepared the night before, chopped and shaken up with 
some honey. (This preparation restores the natural enzyme process, 'rot'). 
Let sit overnight on the counter and eat in the morning at room temperature. 
'Drink' it two days later when the alcohol content is like champagne... 
better... but beware of the drunk Zen master you could become. 
Nuts, roast them lightly if you want, chew them well. Cashew, almond, 
filbert, brazil, walnut, coconut meat., pecan, even peanuts. (This is 
important for more reasons than you think, helps with patience for self and 
others, as well as crampy feelings and spasms... It is the calcium/magnesium 
ratio that is just right for all our muscle types. Especially the special 
muscles in the gut, artery  and vein tissue as well as the muscle tissue 
that joins our vertebrae and our non-existing tail... the patience part !!! 
Some 'best quality' red meat (or lamb) once a week, succulent, you don't 
need much (iron and magnesium too, and more of course.) 
Cooked dried beans, yes. We had them every evening in the Trappist 
monastery. Use Beano, us monks did not. Red kidney beans, brown kidney 
beans, peas, lentils, Indian sub-continent beans, capucines (grey peas). Any 
of these with butter, oil, wine vinegar, lettuce, cheese, chopped up apple, 
tomato veggies, chopped up ginger root. (Beans are good for visions.)
 
There actually are no don'ts, as don'ts clog up your chakra conduits and 
shrink your aura more than what 'the actual bad stuff' may do to you 
physically.
 
Sing and dance and rock your body, flex your spine like a belly dancer, your 
hips and shoulders and... go fully into whole body yawns-and-stretches, like 
a cat... a tiger... roar... Say that it feels good, sooo  goood! 
Take coloured and aromatic baths, lather you body with fine soaps and 
lotions. and do a solo hot tub party. (Oh well, why not a dual party or 
more?) 
Stand on your head, crack your skull bones, massage your tail and sacral 
bones deeply till they get loosened up again. Do the same to your ribs and 
other bones and joints. Work your spine, every single vertebra, until it 
knows you love it deeply.
 
Of course there are books on this, the Hatha (Yoga) Pradipika has 
prescriptions... oh well.
 
Follow some of the more hedonistic tantric practices... I even know Zen and 
Tibetan monks who got their enlightenment enhanced by it all.
 
And now for the "shitty stuff". (As some of you know, my favourite.) 
Do not forget enemas, I am serious, but you have to make it fun because it 
can be and has to be. Do it in the shower, make a mess, do it on the lawn 
when nobody is around, use solar heated water from the garden hose, 
experiment. Get your hands dirty. It's all your own stuff. Investigate those 
fine glands just inside the anus. 
Swim naked in the ocean, smear yourself with seaweed, rub yourself with mud 
and rub yourself clean with coarse sand. And, hey, they do it in India, 
smear yourself in with ashes (ashes used to be burned cow manure) and... 
manure (Do that at a desolated beach or so.) (Do not tell this to anybody, 
but your own is the cleanest and freshest. I know, this is totally crazy, 
but if you come from a farm or if you have lived in the country you will 
understand this better, the smell is actually fantastic...) You can also 
wait till you are senile or until they call you infantile... 
Learn to love to drink your urine. Huh??? Second passing of the day, preheat 
the glass or bowl you drink from. That way it is as though you drink 
vegetable broth. It is actually as tasty as a veggie/herbal drink with soy 
sauce. Drink it before you had that strong espresso or tea though. Eat 
peaches, plums, pears or nectarines after. 
Relearn to pee and poo like a child before the potty problems arose. 
Pee in your bed, or lie down nakedly in soft grass or on soft moss then let 
it all go softly and gently, be aware of the fine feeling of relief and 
release. (OK, take some precautions if you have to. Actually, I bought 
myself  "Depends" for this purpose. Ah, the joyous relief while doing it in 
a shopping centre.) 
Walk naked through town or down the street. (OK, wear a trench coat so you 
won't offend and do not get caught of course :-)
 
All this is in fact important... go 'K'razy... Of course it depends on the 
hurts and violations that you underwent as a child. But all of the above 
works wonders. 
I did not even mention the erotic or sexual freeing acts you could afford 
yourself except for the mention of tantric practices, (maybe hedonistic, but 
that is just a word.)
 
Take care not to offend others who may or can not understand. There is 
something wonderful in that 'care' as this is not a rebellion but only a 
means to regain personal freedom.
 
And... do not worry, it won't last... when you are through this... you must 
be enlightened... or at least nuts enough not to worry, don't you think?
 
Also... do not eat for a while. Not sleeping is also good. Or, if you are a 
bad sleeper turn it to your advantage... I did that for about seven weeks, 
only ate very very little, just some fruits for the liquid, freshly squeezed 
fruit juice containing the best kind of water. If you have the fortune to be 
overweight, this can actually be fun, a special kind of ecstasy awaits 
you... I am serious... the body loves to consume what it stored and for good 
reasons.

PPS. I am NOT making fun of this or making any of this up. If you get a 
chance to read some of the old original Hatha Pradipika literature and are 
lucky enough to get some honest translation you will see that I only 
de-mythologize that material, that was made to sound so holy and special and 
secretive... and foremost unattainable for Joe Blow or Jane Doe.
