Over the last couple of months I have read many posts about problems with 
running excessive K and some strategies to turn it down.  This is all very 
interesting, but does anyone have any ideas about what things, foods, 
activities, etc., usually serve to turn it up?  How could you crank it (if 
you wanted to )?  I would like to hear.

Hi David. Meditation on the Shakti in energy centers is helpful as is 
regulation of sexual conduct. Long sittings in meditation. Certain food 
combinations like (Kidney beans and just a little bit of wine) and certain 
teas can have a stimulating effect as well. Best to stick with the natural 
way. There are a lot of good books on Kundalini Shakti. Swami Sivananda's 
(Divine Life Society in Rishikesh) Kundalini books are excellent from a 
traditional perspective.
