Hi Wendy,

Thank you for sharing your story.
The abilities and situation you describe is very familiar.
The suggestion and methodology I would recommend to all those who feel
the need for stabilisation or guidance is this:

1. Volatile energy fluctuations can and should be earthed.
This may be through hard physical activity such as gardening,
making bread, cleaning, exercise etc.

2. Have as many interactions and connections with 'normal' people
and situations as you can.

3. Give yourself time - you do not have to save the world. Start with
yourself.

4. Tell us what you require
