Dear David,

Depending on what you mean, cranking up the energy. I have for me,
found the following:

Tea (including green tea) and too much coffee, coke-a-cola usually
stimulates energy activity. Green tea would bring on dizziness,
naseau, vibration etc. I've permanently given up green tea and
coffee. Coke (usually more than 2 glasses) will keep me all night
as my body buzzes and vibrates.

I've changed my eating habits too, but this has been a
body/unconscious decision. I used to like curries, but now no longer
want them as much. perhaps they are too stimulating too.

I can no longer meditate without feeling off centre for a day or
more. Prayer is starting to have a similar effect on me.

Does any of this help?
I guess you will be sneaking off to the corner deli for 4 litres of
coke.. hehe he.

Cheers,
Autumn
