Get into it.
Especially get to read a book by John Briggs and F. David Peat: "The
Turbulent Mirror. An illustrated Guide to Chaos Theory and the Science of
Wholeness."

I have traveled (and still do) inside my body (as distinct from astral
travel, but using the same travelling mechanism(?)) and found a myriad of
chakras as vortices and turbulences in some kind of energetic substance
(Cerebro Spinal Fluid) inside, amongst other places, the human spine, found
that there are five (5) main or more distinct chakras inside the spine,
found also that each nerve end is in fact a chakra.)
When, years ago I was playing with the "Ida and Pingala energy streams" as
though they were real physical string-like things, I found that that
representation was too linear and partially too two dimensional. With an
inner visualisation technique that was inspired by moving through mandelbrot
forms I was able to let those energy streams interfere much better with each
other and *all of a sudden at times* this would enable me to move into a
space that was beyond the usual or habitual four dimensions of time and
space.
Strange attractor fields, order and chaos, bifurcation attractors, Bohm and
his implicate order, enfoldment, topology, etc. - all this leading to the
'law of impermanence', wonderful stuff... getting lost in yourSELF and
surrender to chaos and x-archy...
