Bob,

Thank you so much for posing your question so clearly.

I have been pondering whether I should be meditating during my K process. I
had my spontaneous awakening about 6 weeks ago and I have never "meditated"
nor had I ever heard of Kundalini. The material I have been reading over
the last few days (predominately past issues of Shared Transformation)
consistently seem to ward off meditating, breath work, pranayana, reiki...
because these practices appear to increase/speed up the K process which
clearly produces a shift from bliss to excruciating pain for most.

Spiritually, I pray and listen to God. This works for me. My K process is
one of bliss and love and as new things occur, i.e. numbness/tingling over
my entire head and through my teeth and now, only yesterday a crunching
noise at my ears, jaws, head, I simply say "oh, so this is what we are
working on today..." LOL and I go along with the ride.

Basically, I am on the K-list seeking guidance and information to maintain
the "inner silence" as I "move forward in an already awakened K scenario".

Blessings,

Angela
