I've found that frequently it is more than one "trigger" that sets K off.  My  
guess for you there were 4 things involved--extreme stress, sex or love  
related, Breathwork *and* inquiry!  I think breathwork is extremely  
important.  Even stress causes a change in breath patterns, I would guess.  
 
I had practiced Hatha Yoga in my 30's.  It certainly didn't set me off at  
that time.  It was a combination of factors for me that seems to have done  
it. :)
