Hi Bob,

You wrote a very beautiful and deep post. I am very happy to see that I have
similar perceptions with you. I too developed in time from a localized K
activity to an almost all body experience. For example at the beginning,
when I received shaktipat, my Brahmarandra (the center of the crown chakra)
was opened and I felt a great bliss and a white spiritual light like a
waterfall falling down from my head. This experience gradually opened a
"connection" with the lower body reflecting itself in exactly the lowest
chakra, so, the most elevated chakra is somewhat reflected in the lowest
chakra which is where Kundalini "sleeps". This was the first connection and
I experienced it for two years : increasing activity in one center would
automatically increase the activity in the other. It was like there was
nothing in between; the other five chakras were bypassed.

After some time I felt the opening of Hrid Ckhakra (the spiritual "heart"
chakra, located in the chest region). This too was a blissful state, a
different state of bliss. On this stage I could feel my soul (jivaatman as
it is defined in the Shivaism of Kashmir) - this allows me to be centered in
my heart and this experience is a meditation with a certain energy of the
soul, it is a beautiful shakti of my body impossible to describe in words.
This shakti gave me new "connections" when it started communicating with the
crown chakra. This new connection induces a state of ubiquitousity, I become
"space" and "void". However I still have my limited ego-tic moments when I
stop meditating even tough sometimes I can meditate up to ten hours or more
with no visible effort.

Another connection of "Hrid" is the mutual reflection between it and Anahata
Chakra, the chakra of love. This was also a method for me to enter into a
deep state of love, a love with no object, very intense, like a burning
fire. This connection is one of the most beautiful and fulfilling because it
created for me (and I am a calculated and mental guy) a great trip into the
realm of love and affection. It was the apparent limitless of this love that
amazed me the most. However this state of love is not permanent to me, I
have to work to get into it, but after it is already active I only enjoy and
don't have to make any more efforts.

Another connections between love (anahata chakra) and it's upper and lower
chakras (vishuddha and manipura) are two variations of the state of love.
The energy of this love activates the vishuddha (throat chakra) and induces
a state of purity. When it activates manipura it induces a state of worm
friendship-love, a nuance of the state of love.

There is also a connection between the sexual energy (the second chakra,
swadhisthana) and the upper chakras. I keep a constant watch on my sexual
energy and I redirect it with my will from the sexual region to my crown
chakra and to ajna chakra (the mental chakra). This circuit became automatic
and now it runs on itself, almost with no effort from me, giving out a lot
of blissful states, expanding my aura and giving me a taste of the amrita
(soma) in my whole body. It is also called Ojas Shakti and this shakti is
said to be the basic power of all the mantras.

There are some other connections between the chakras and the centers of the
palm of the hand. I can use the right hand like an energy emitting system. I
do this when I am in a blissful state and want to project the energies to
someone. This chakra of the palm can get so strongly activated that I feel
like I am be phonically pierced or burned in the center of the palm. This
secondary chakra can relay at will an equal energy to that of any primary
chakra and it can give me a sensation of moving the consciousness through
the body : if I emit the white light energies of sahasrara (crown chakra)
with my right hand, then I feel like my sahasrara and my consciousness is
not in my head any more but also in my hand. That is a mixed up sensation,
it's like putting on my pants with the back side in front. :) haha ... The
mental activity and the function of conscience partially moves to my right
hand in those moments.

So, I hope I've been of some help.

Love you all.
Horia.

I hope you don't mind me letting Bob's post intact here (it is not that I
don't know I have to clip it but I like it ALL - hahaha)
