Hey Amy...

I fully respect your view. It is important to be mindful of others
journies, thru life and Kundalini. It is all a matter of perspective, here
and everywhere in life. This post was very important to me, it spoke words
true for my life experience and definantly of my Kundalini experience. I
tend to view life as interconnected on every level. I think it is the
limitation we hold, that keep us isolated from understanding ourselves and
each other.

I am concerned with your assumtion that you would be "flamed" for expressing
your thoughts. Here is a good place to share the toughest as well as the
most beautiful parts of our journies. The words of this post ring true, for
me. That life is easy, when we stop trying to control it. When we stop
feeling guilty or fearful of our greatest paths. It takes less work and more
trust... to dance with Kundalini. Trying to control K, is like trying to
control God/Goddess, love, and the entire universe. I understand that
control has little to do with our journies. This time here is learning time,
that is it. We choose everything we learn. We choose how we learn it. We
choose the ease or difficulty of our path. This post is about letting go of
judging and blaming others, and just trusting the self. Being responsible
for the life we choose and working with it, not agaisnt it.

In my life the tiger of kundalini has been locked away in a cage of my doubt
and fear. It has no intension to harm me, it just aches to be free. The
longer I contain it, in fear... the more terrifying releasing it will be.

I say trust this group. If you have suffering, please feel safe here. You
thoughts are important, and very valued. It is not happy words that cause
pain. It is not relating to them just yet that creates pain. I feel the way
to releasing K, with less damage, is by not looking at it as boot camp. It
is what we see, that will be true for us. If we change our minds, everything
in our lives will follow the change.

You are in a wonderful place here. I am glad to meet you. I offer you warmth
and friendship. We all learn together, from each other.

Love and hugs,
Blythe
