Dear U/A, Autumn, List,

Yeah, the full moon can really increase the energy to an uncomfortable
degree. My head has been "buzzing" for the last couple of days! The energy
wavers from pure Ambrosia, to vague discomfort with my leg experiencing
electrical charges. I have to remind myself to remember to surrender into
it--to have faith that the energy knows what it's doing. Not always easy,
but I know from experience that fighting back the energy will only cause
problems. So just try to relax and let it have its way with you. You'll be
ok. :))
