Hi Autumn,

Thanks for joining in. I'm fairly new here also, and am finding the
sharing to be stimulating and helpful.

I believe that "LOL" means "laughing out loud." At least it did in
the early 90s when I was last an active cyber person. In any given
moment, laughing out loud might be good medicine for the craziness of
K awakening events. Either that or COL (crying out loud?). :-)

There can be so many visions during K experiences. Sometimes they can
be of similar quality to dreams, with symbolism like dreams often
carry. Other times the visions can be very specific and easily
related to real life experience, or even past life experience. The
image of your blood flow reversing in your heart could signify
changes in your life, your energy flow changing for the better,
perhaps the undoing of the "lie" you feel your life has been to some
degree. I know I have struggled with similar issues as my K has
worked her way through me over the years. It is the shedding of
codependent habits we have carried in our life since childhood, and
perhaps even from before this life. It seems a big part of K
awakening is moving from life based on worldly conventions and habits
to life based on the living spirit moving spontaneously in us and
everywhere around us. Developing trust in and surrender to that
natural flow of spirit is a long drawn out process for most. In the
end, we find it is the stillness of absolute being arising amidst the
chaos of our K awakening. Immovable silence, moving... In time we see
it everywhere and come to recognize that as our very being. What
worldy habit can survive this metamorphosis? There are many difficult
emotions involved in this process. All that we knew as our life is
slowly being stripped away to give rise to new life. Old habits don't
die easy, but they do die eventually.

It is not surpising that our dreams and visions would indicate such
revolutionary changes in the works. I think it is best not to get too
involved in the visions and dreams themselves. I think better to just
keep saying "yes" and carrying on with the journey, not stopping too
long to study the sign posts we might encounter along the way. Just
my thoughts for whatever they might be worth.

Blessings,
Bob
