Dear List,

Several of you have written asking about the book 'Kundalini' by
Muktananda.

It is available thru Amazon. It is a little more than $8.00 and is
only a 100 pages long.

Muktananda believes that only a guru from an authentic lineage can
give shaktipat.

Mutkananda and his successor, Guru Mayi (a female), both write for
the
western reader. In spite of some of their alleged problems they write
some breathtaking commentary on spiritual discipline and Vedic
scriptures.
