Hi Horia,

I know what you mean. The process is best described by Rumi:

"At first, I sang and recited poems, keeping the neighbors awake. Now
I am more intense, quieter. When the fire flames up, smoke vanishes."

Isn't it true? But it's still fun to sing and recite poems
occasionally, as long as we don't get scolded too much for it. :-)

Here's another one of mine, called "The Light":

Embrace your broken heart
Pass through to its source
The Light
Embrace the monster
Even as it breathes fire
Pass through to its source
The Light
The broken heart is us
The monster is us
Aspects of our divine core
Know your inner nature
Accept its outer forms
And you will find peace
The Light
