the word to discribe my past few years experince. When I began to read and
relate, I had this idea... Kundalini is like taking a 15 watt light bulb and
sending 100 watt of energy through it. It makes sense that our fragile forms
may not be able to adjust with it.
 
 Much of my K drama comes from my mind trying to absorb the energy going
through my body. Which can cause severe confsion and doubt. But meditating
and totally surrenduring, like you said... keeps me sane and healthy.
 
 I am glad to know you! VERY glad. We have a wonderful little family here.

Hi again, and thanx for all of your good thoughts. Yes, in spite of the
pain and enormous frustration of the last 8 yrs, there is both art and
inspiration in my life. Many of us who've had difficult k experiences feel
that, if nothing else, it's deepened our ability to be in a loving and
compassionate relationship with all aspects of life. This can lead to an
increased desire to serve the Divine in its manifestations. Many of us have
found that when nothing else works, praying for others helps our own process.
