I am familiar with Chia's work from my studies way back in the 80s,
and it was helpful to me. He does a fine job of presenting the taoist
approach, which is somewhat different from the kundalini and tantra
yoga approaches, but also comlementary. Whatever works is my motto.
Can you tell I have an engineering background? :-)
