  This one is shorter, as it does not include the heart opening or energy
work instructions, but it has the option of realplayer video, and a
downloadable animation for those who cannot easily visualize. Next up is to
make the animation into a screensaver.. : )

  The second version of the grounding is part of the preview for
Fire-Serpent Tantra.. sorry, last time I mentioned it some of the links
were not working.. all fixed now!
