I'm glad you decided to share your suffering with the list, it's what we're
here for. Very recently, our ever-curious and much beloved pollster, Hilary,
did a survey of list-members and found that quite a few of us had sexual
abuse in our histories. I believe the results are at the website. You are
right that kundalini is all about healing. I call it the emotional
roto-rooter and I've watched it bring up for examination wounds and blocks
that I didn't even know existed. But this makes us better and better
channels for the Light. Holly
