Welcome.

Some of the dearest k awake people I know are on Lithium.

I think it is best said, IMHO :), that there is no shame in needing
medication...if it is necessary and appropriate, why not give that
comfort to people?

There is a pattern of mental illness that runs thru my family on the
maternal side...depression, hysteria...requiring hospitalization and
electroshock treatments.

I am beginning to wonder if my family's culture had been shaped to
associate mental unbalance with k awakening how different things
might be.
