  I need to plead ignorant here folks. I just started doing Kundalini via
Ravi
  Singh tapes a few weeks ago. I am hearing psychotic episodes from many

  and I wonder where all this comes from. What I have experienced so far has
  been strong and I feel the difference in a very short time.
  The only thing that feels different is that I seem to have a "physical
change
  " at the base of my spine. It seems thicker. I know how strange this must
  sound but does that make sense to anyone practicing for some time now?
