Hello !

I practice buddhist meditation since 1997. Experiences occured. Tinglings around the head and between the eyes, feeling a little propeller at the coccyx level, warmth at the chest level. Those sensations disappeared. But now I have another sensation : warmth under the right foot. I never heard or read anything related to this subject. Have you any precise knowledge about what it means. Has someone experienced the same feelings ? Thank you very much for your response.
