Dear BB,

I've never meditated, so I can't advise you here, but I agree with Jerry that
doing some Hatha Yoga exercises would be useful to get the spine supple
enough for the easy flow of energy. K psychosis seems to stem mostly from
fear, so if you generally had good LSD trips, I imagine you'll be ok (you've
learned not to fight the energy!) But as with LSD, K active people can be
very suggestible, so it's nice to have gentle support around you.
