Subject: [K-list] Heart meditations

Dear list,

I want to tell you about a special experience I have a few days ago.
I was meditating and I suddenly felt like a subtle block disappeared from my
heart chackra. A flow of imprescriptible beautiful energy busted from my
chest.

I felt like I was seized by this stream of energy. It was a state of love
that was a hundred times deeper and more intense than anything I ever
experienced in the past. This is a clear case of Divine Grace. I prayed for
this to happen a few days ago and this stare came as a response. Thank you
God a million times.

After a few hours after the meditation my chest felt as if it had been
burned or like the remains of a fire. There was an intense feeling of
freedom and the clear sensation that I've been a relay of an infinite energy
of love that came from God. I can't name this experience simply "love"; it
would be more appropriate to call it "oceanic love" or "limitless love".

The best part is that the gift I received was not a one time only. It is a
part of me and I can live again the same experience at will. I don't know
how I'll handle it because the flow of energy is so intense that I can't do
anything else than be amazed. Words just can't describe it.

You know, heart can be the source of a never ending flow of love manifested
as a subtle energy that is spread in all directions, just like in the
Christian icons. I feel it and it is not a faint sensation or a figure of
speech. It is plain reality.
